After soft pressing, the must remains in contact with the grape skins for a few hours, at a low temperature, to give the wine greater richness of scent and structure. It follows a second fermentation with a second fermentation in an autoclave.
Brilliant straw yellow color, with an elegant and refined vivacity. Its aromas are intense and complex, hints of fruit (apple and plum) and fresh flowers; fruity notes are dry, clear and very pleasant. To be served at 8-10 ° C. with vegetable appetizers and light fish first courses.
