White wine
White wines, by definition, are those wines produced by the vinification of the grapes without maceration, and therefore with immediate separation of the liquid part of the must from the solid part (skins and grape seeds), with the exception of a short maceration of the solid parts carried out exclusively in phase prefermentative. White wines can also be obtained from the white vinification of red grapes, using the same process, because the must obtained by pressing, without tearing with the skins, where all the coloring substances are found, is almost colorless. Some examples? The “Malvasia 50 Vendemmie Fermo”, the “Zefiro Ortrugo Fermo Doc” and the “Costa Solara Sauvignon Doc”.
