Winemaking

Vinified “in white” at a controlled temperature; vivacity is the result of natural fermentation in an autoclave.

Organoleptic characteristics

Appearance: white foam; straw-yellow color with golden reflections
Bouquet: intense, fragrant with aromatic musk sage flowers
Taste: sweet, fresh, lively, persuasive
Serve cool, at 10-12 ° c, with pastry and non-acid fruit.
