Soft pressing. Fermentation at controlled temperature. Autoclave frothing; it follows isobaric bottling (without loss of pressure).

Organoleptic characteristics

Exuberant foam; thin and continuous perlage; Straw yellow with golden reflections. On the nose reveals white fruits: peach, plums with hints of elderberry and roses. Taste: pleasant sugar residue to make it mellow with good freshness and a soft finish; To combine with delicate dishes, snacks and dry desserts.
