Grape Characteristics

Ortrugo obtained in purity, autochthonous and specific of the hills of Piacenza.

Winemaking

Vinified “in white” at a controlled temperature; vivacity is the result of natural fermentation in an autoclave.

Organoleptic characteristics

Appearance: white foam; straw-yellow color with greenish reflections
Perfume: delicate with flowers and fruit
Taste: dry, lively, with a typical bitter almond finish
Serve cool, at 12° c, as an aperitif or with light appetizers, light pasta dishes and fish.
