100% Ortrugo, native and specific of the Piacenza hills; the grapes are harvested at the right maturation in the most suitable vineyards.

Winemaking

“White” vinification with soft pressing; cold maceration (cryomaceration) of the skins in the must to enrich the perfume and the body; fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel vats; cold sterile bottling.

Organoleptic characteristics

Glossy straw yellow color; well-pronounced scent of exotic fruit (pineapple), with flavors of plum, apple and fresh flowers; dry, sapid, frank, with a pleasant fruity background. To be served at 10-12 ° c. with Italian appetizers, risottos and pasta with sauces based on fish or vegetables, fish, white meats.
