Grape Characteristics

This D.O.C wine is obtained from Pinot Nero in selected purity in the most suitable vineyards of Colli Piacentini (220-250 m.s.m.).

Winemaking

Vinification “in red” with brief maceration of the skins; fermentation in steel vats at a controlled temperature; light foam in autoclave. The refermentation is performed several times during the year (using sweet must kept away from air and at low temperature) to guarantee freshness and fragrance. Organoleptic characteristics
