Grape Characteristics

From Pinot nero grapes in purity; cultivated in Val Tidone vineyards conducted in respect of the environment according to the criteria of organic farming.

Winemaking

Soft pressing during which the must, remaining in contact with the grape skins, acquires the delicate pinkish color that characterizes it and a greater wealth of fragrance and structure.

Organoleptic characteristics

Pale pink in color, with a fine and luminous foam; the bouquet is intense and very complex with pleasant floral scents (violet) and small red fruits (currants and raspberries); the taste is dry, fresh and lively, the fruity notes make it harmonious and balanced. Serve at 10 ° -12 ° C. to be paired with starters and first courses based on fish or with white roasted meat.
